Ora Cat availability

Anyone else followed the Ora Funky Cat? It was supposed to be this adorable, affordable EV, but delays and pricing news have me worried. I was interested, but after all the waiting and that price tag...well, let's just say I'm notwaiting anymore. Do you guys think there's still hope for the Cat or their announcement of not having it in the US is final?

I was also shocked when I read it. I understand that prices will increase, but this feels excessive. What a joke.
